 psychological safety unless active steps are taken to create a conductiv
 e climate. Much of this revolves around creating the right culture and h

 as a gift not an imposition, and where failure is seen as a learning opp
 ortunity. \n\nWe will examine the practical steps required to create th
 is culture and examine the the importance of the attitude of senior lead
 ers that both sit on the board and those who support it in facilitating
