This module aims to provide the advanced knowledge and key skills necessary for the corporate secretary or governance professional to act as chief adviser to the board and other stakeholders on best practices in corporate governance, and as the facilitator for systematic application across a wide range of organizations.
Assessment Information:
The assessment for this module will be conducted through a ‘closed-book’ examination, meaning you cannot refer to books, notes, or other sources while you write. Key details include:
- Remote Examination: You will take the exam from your home or workplace, using a computer with a reliable internet connection.
- Remote Invigilation: The examination process will be proctored remotely.
